 comes together to support their clients and community.

Joining forces with Founder of Thought Transformation Institute - Rajni Tripathi, all participants will create emotional regulation, and nervous system reset with deep relaxation, to deactivate anxiety, fear, stress and excessive thoughts through meditation and powerful breath practices. 

Everyone is encouraged to lie down and be comfortable during the meditation session, however, sitting up will have the same impact.

The last 10 - 20 minutes will be devoted to Q & A to develop community, and discuss the biochemistry of the body and brain, to deepen the understanding of what happens when you create space for important and powerful practices to support yourself.

We'll also discuss what is happening in the brain and body when you engage in news/social media, and what time of the day is better for these activities based on your brain chemistry and nervous system.

It's all connected. Lets learn how to impact, in a positive way, our entire Being, from the inside out.
