[YOUR COMPANY] comes together to support their community and clients' mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Rajni Tripathi, Founder of Thought Transformation Institute, leads live sessions designed to create emotional regulation, and nervous system reset with deep relaxation.


Participants will deactivate anxiety, toxic stress and activate creative thinking, sharper mental agility and cognitive flexibility through meditation and powerful breath practices. 

The first 30 minutes will consist of meditation/breathwork practice and the last 10-15 minutes will be devoted to Q & A to develop community, and discuss the biochemistry of the body and brain, to deepen the understanding of what happens when you create space for important and powerful practices to support yourself.

We'll practice and discuss what is happening in the brain and body because of meditation/breathwork  

and how to create and regulate mental and emotional health best practices.

It's all connected. Lets learn how to impact, in a positive way, our entire Being, from the inside out.
